Standard Processing: 2–3 business days Peak Season Processing: 3–5 business days (Peak seasons include holidays, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day) Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. We reserve the right to select the best carrier for your order to ensure safe and timely delivery. Address Accuracy Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Dubz Scrubz Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at [your business email] with your order number and correct address. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect packages. 🙏🏾 Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts we will contact you via email. You will have the following options: ✨ We reship your order to a corrected address — a reshipping fee will apply ✨ We issue store credit for the value of your order minus original shipping costs Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returned packages. Lost or Stolen Packages Dubz Scrubz Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please: Step 1: Check around your property including porches, garages, and with neighbors Step 2: Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number Step 3: Wait 24–48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early Step 4: If still missing contact us at [your business email] and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation. 🤎 We recommend selecting Priority or Express shipping for high value orders as these include additional carrier protections. Damaged Packages We take great care packaging every order. However if your order arrives damaged please: Step 1: Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately Step 2: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dubzscrubzskincare@gmail.com. Step 3: Include your order number and photos in your email We will review your claim. PO Boxes & Military Addresses We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to military addresses may vary and are dependent on military mail processing. Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses. Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons processing times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery for special occasions.
