Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and make it right.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after review.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or for personal preference (such as scent or texture).
